Teacher education review - workshop
Following on from the third Teacher Education Conference in November 2005, the Department for Employment and Learning and the Department of Education brought together the Teacher Education Stakeholders Group for a workshop discussion at the Belfast Hilton Hotel on 15 and 16 February 2007.
Teacher education workshop
The purpose of the workshop was to focus on the outcomes of the third Teacher Education Conference, having regard to the changing education landscape and, in particular, the creation of the new Education and Skills Authority, Sir George Bain's Independent Strategic Review of Education (Bain Report), and the updated position of the Review of Public Administration (RPA).
