This Guidance is provided to ‘Specified Public Service Bodies’ (SPSBs) in relation to their duties under The Period Products (Free Provision) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022.
It applies to: the Education Authority; the Council for Catholic Maintained Schools; the General Teaching Council for Northern Ireland; the Council for the Curriculum, Examinations & Assessment; Boards of Governors of: Voluntary Grammar schools, Grant Maintained Integrated Schools and Catholic Maintained Schools; and proprietors of Independent schools.
